ELECTROPHORETIC DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

An electrophoretic display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to attach an electrophoretic member on a pixel electrode or a common electrode easily, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency of the electrophoretic display device. An electrophoretic display comprises a first display substrate(100) including a first electrode(190), a second display substrate(200) including a second electrode(220) facing the first electrode, and an electrophoretic part(301) positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The electrophoretic part is attached to the first electrode or the second electrode by LITI(Laser Induced Thermal Imaging). The electrophoretic part includes an electrophoretic member(330) and a transfer film(313) for dispersing and fixing the electrophoretic member.
