PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of trouble even if the upper limit of compensation for game media such as reserved balls or tokens is prescribed. SOLUTION: A reserved ball number obtaining part 102 obtains the number of reserved balls at the current time from a member management T/C 20. A difference ball number history obtaining part 106 obtains the difference ball number history in the data on a pachinko machine 200 juxtaposed with a ball dispensing device 100 from a hall computer 10. A dispensed ball number estimating part 107 estimate the number of balls to be dispensed based on the difference ball number history. A determining part 108 adds the number of balls to be dispensed estimated by the dispensed ball number estimating part 107 to the number of reserved balls output from the reserved ball number obtaining part 102, and determines whether the sum exceeds the upper limit of compensation or not. A control part 109 controls a display part 110 to display a warning of the sum exceeding the upper limit of compensation if the sum of the number of reserved balls and the number of balls to be dispensed exceeds the upper limit of compensation.
