PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management unit which enables the automatic matching of information held with a plurality of terminals, a terminal management method of the same and a program. SOLUTION: The terminal management unit enables the communication between a plurality of terminals including the first holding part for holding operation information showing an operation state of a game machine and the second holding part for holding information on the managing destination showing managing destinations of the operation information, and includes the third holding part for holding the operation information collected from the plurality of terminals and the fourth holding part for holding the information on the managing destinations in the plurality of terminals. It is also provided with a comparator part which compares the information held by the respective first and second holding parts of the plurality of terminals with the information held by the third and fourth holding parts and a control part which builds another holding information from any one of the information held by the respective first and second holding parts of the plurality of terminals and the information held by the third and fourth holding parts according to the result of comparison with the comparator part when communication is started with the plurality of terminals.
