#CMT# #/CMT# An U-shaped implant (3) including a shock absorbing intermediate portion (5), and side portions (6) envelopes the spinous process of a fifth lumbar vertebra (L5). A link (4) crossing through the intermediate portion engaged between the spinous processes of (L5) and a first sacral vertebra (S1), forms side strands that travel alongside or cross the side portions.
