摘要 An integrated circuit for driving an organic light emitting device and a driving method thereof are provided to keep a color balance by providing a compensation current to pixels of an OLED panel. A brightness-data converter(110) converts a brightness value to a data value according to operation time and temperature. A data writing unit(120) writes the converted data value to respective pixels in a nonvolatile memory cell array. The nonvolatile memory cell array(130) stores data corresponding to red, green, and blue brightness values. A data reader(140) reads the data corresponding to the respective pixels from the nonvolatile memory cell array. A compensation current determining unit(150) determines a compensation current value, such that color balance is accomplished among red, green, and blue pixels based on the data from the data reader. A current supply unit(160) supplies the current value, which is determined by the compensation current determining unit, to corresponding pixels in an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) panel.
