摘要 A method for diluting a liquid material used in forming an alignment film is provided to perform the extraction of liquid droplet stably, thereby manufacturing the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device of high quality by realizing the material alignment of high accuracy. TFT(Thin Film Transistor) parts are formed on a substrate(S1). Liquid materials are injected for forming an alignment layer(S2). TFT array substrate is fabricated by performing rubbing process to a certain direction(S3). Frame shaped sealant is formed on the TFT array substrate(S4). An adequate amount of liquid crystal is injected according to the thickness of the liquid crystal layer(S5).
