摘要 A coil unit and an electronic device are provided to improve transmission efficiency by arranging a planar air core coil in contact with an inner surface of a housing to reduce a distance to the opposite coil unit. A coil unit includes a planar air core coil(30B), a printed circuit board(60), and a magnetic sheet(40B). The planar air core coil has an air core unit(31B). The printed circuit board is arranged on a transmission surface of the planar air core coil. The magnetic sheet is arranged on a non-transmission surface opposite to the transmission surface. A lead wire(32) is installed in the planar air core coil to lead a wire of an inner end of the planar air core coil. A receiving unit(60a) is formed on the printed circuit board to receive the lead wire. The printed circuit board has a through hole opposite to the air core unit of the planar air core coil.
