WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE

A white emitting device is provided to improve color reproduction and reliability of devices by using a red fluorescent substance, which is based on sulfide, coated with a blue LED(Light emitting Diode), a green fluorescent substance based on a silicate and a silicon oxide layer. A white emitting device comprises the green fluorescent substance which is formed on the blue LED and has a light wavelength in the range of 520 to 550 nm and a half bandwidth in the range from 39 to 90; and the red fluorescent substance which is formed on the blue LED and coated with the silicon oxide layer and has a light wavelength in the range of 630 to 660 nm and a half bandwidth in the range from 40 to 100nm.
