CONSTITUTION: A shutter device comprises a base having a light passage hole for passing light through lenses, a shutter unit axially supported on the base to open and close the light passage hole, a link(120) axially supported on the base and driving the shutter unit, a magnet fixed on the position eccentric from the rotational center of the link, an electromagnet unit installed in the base and generating electromagnetic fields for moving the magnet, and a control unit(160) supplying power to the electromagnet unit.
