FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, new chemical compounds - derivatives of 3,4-bis-(furazan-3-yl)furoxane of the general formula (I): ^ ^ wherein R = R1 mean hydroxyl group (OH), NH2, N3, lower alkoxyl or group of the general formula: NR2R3 wherein R2 = R3 mean hydrogen atom (H); or R and R3 with nitrogen atom form piperidine ring; or R means NH2 and R1 means (lower alkanoyl)-amino-group under condition that R and R1 don't mean methoxy-group eliciting pharmacological activity. Also, invention describes pharmaceutical compositions based on their base. Claimed compounds are able to generate nitrogen oxide in body, to inhibit aggregation of platelets and to activate the soluble form of guanylate cyclase that provides their spasmolytic, vasodilating and hypotensive effects that allows their applying for prophylaxis and arresting attacks of stenocardia, disorders caused by smooth muscle spasms and for treatment of acute myocardium infarction or acute thrombosis. ^ EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds. ^ 3 cl, 4 tbl, 12 dwg, 18 ex |
