FIELD: thermal dehydration of sewage and a waste treatment of alcohol production. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation for thermal dehydration of mixed fluids and is dealt with thermal dehydration of sewage or mixed fluids and may be used for thermal dehydration of sewage and a waste treatment of alcohol production. The installation consists of a cylindrical body, a heating chamber and a discharge window. The cylindrical body is supplied the upper and lower bases and a supporting axial pipe, on which there are at least a pair of plates bent along a helix line. The internal surfaces of the plates form a screw-type channel and their external surfaces form the heating chamber. At that on the upper helical surface of each pair there are holes. The upper base of the body is supplied with a charging window. On the side surface of the body at a level of the screw-type channel there are discharge windows, and at a level of the last coil - a window for the hot air feeding. The lower base of the body is on vibrators, and the size of holes on each upper helical surface is increasing in direction to the lower base. At that the size of holes does not exceed the size of particles the solid phase. The lower helical surfaces and the external surface of the body are fettled with a thermoinsulating layer. Steepness of the helical surface is increasing in direction to the base of the body. The technical effect - increased productivity, degree of purification, efficiency of the installation operation and its performance index, quality of the alcohol production waste drying, decreased costs and power consumption. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity, degree of purification, efficiency and performance index of the installation operation, quality of the alcohol production waste drying, decreased costs and power consumption. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
