PURPOSE: A dual LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to utilize an external light and prevent a display defect like Moire, thereby improving a light efficiency and a display quality by installing a fine diffusing reflective film between a polarizer and a front light. CONSTITUTION: An LC(Liquid Crystal) panel(301) is prepared. The first and the second polarizers(304,306) are attached on the both side surfaces of the LCD panel, respectively. The first and the second front lights(302,303) is installed at a front and a rear of the liquid crystal panel, respectively. A fine diffusing reflective film(306) is disposed between the first polarizer and the first front light. The fine diffusing reflective film is capable of utilizing an external light by reflecting the external light when an external space of the LC panel is bright.
