FIELD: devices for washing items using mechanical oscillations. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with an installation for washing items using mechanical oscillations and is intended for washing components, parts and units of machines. The installation includes: a bath with the formed in it arch-shaped channels provided with adjustable windows; a perforated container located inside the channels and supplied with two funnels connected with the container on its sides coinciding with the channels direction; a cramp linked with the container by its lower end. Two limiters of motion of the cramp are fused to edges of the bath and made in the form of the elastic plates. The clamper of the extreme position of the cramp is made in the form of a mechanical latch and connected with one of edges the bath. The motor is asynchronous and single-phased, the power winding of which is connected to an alternating current mains and the shaft is linked to the upper end of the cramp, which is made elastic. The installation uses the asynchronous and single-phase motor without a starting circuit and without a crank-connecting-rod mechanism, that stipulate for simplification of the installation design and an improvement of its power parameters in operation. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to simplify the installation design and to improve its power parameters in operation. ^ 2 dwg |
