Flat ring-shaped magnetic insert manufactured from permanent magnet material is arranged inside. The ring-shaped magnetic insert is manufactured as cut ring producing axially magnetized magnetic field. System for supplying drugs manufactured as irrigating micro-catheter is mounted in the cut ring. Micro-catheter outlet opening is on the implant plane. Short-focus scattering lens of laser radiator has light guide connectable to laser radiation source.
