FIELD: veterinary obstetrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method deals with mixing 1 ml udder's secretion and 1 ml ibromast consisting of 1 portion of 0.5%-bromothymolbrau alcoholic solution and 9 portions of 50%-detergent solution for 15-20 sec. Reaction should be studied by formation of jelly and alteration of mixture's color.
