PURPOSE: A gear lever heating device of a vehicle is provided to smoothly change a gear by preventing coldness of a gear lever from being transmitted to hands of a driver in winter seasons, to improve reliability of products by holding heat by other hot wire if one hot wire is broken, and to keep optimal temperature for driving by regulating gradually the temperature. CONSTITUTION: In a gear lever for the shift of a gear, a gear lever heating device of a vehicle is composed of a plurality of hot wires(30) arranged in the gear lever to emit heat and a temperature control switch(40) for regulating gradually the temperature of the hot wires. The hot wires are mounted in the gear lever at a constant gap and coupled parallel to a power unit(50). The temperature control switch comprises an on/off unit(42) for operating the power unit of the hot wire and a temperature control unit(44) for regulating gradually the temperature of the hot wire.
