FIELD: medicine, surgery, resuscitation. ^ SUBSTANCE: under optic magnification one should open two peripheral lymph nodes through one operational wound; install catheter into each one, introduce sandostatin solution into one lymph node daily once for 7 d per 1.0 ml in 100 ml isotonic solution at the rate of not more than 0.3 ml/min, simultaneously into another lymph node - a single dosage of sulperason diluted in 100 ml of 0.25%-novocaine solution; every catheter is supplemented with an anticoagulant solution of direct action; then one should seal external lumens of catheters with closures, and then one should introduce T-activin solution into both lymph node simultaneously nocturnally at the quantity of 1-2 mcg/kg patient's body weight. The present innovation enables to accelerate simultaneous supply of both preparations to body tissues that, in its turn, accelerates their action in case of pancreatitis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex |
