PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing a biodegradable polymer, having excellent moldability and mechanical properties and excellent in hydrolysis resistance and mold deposit property in molding, and to provide molded products comprising the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition is prepared by compounding polylactic acid resin, polyacetal resin and a carboxy-reactive terminal blocking agent, wherein, based on 100 pts.wt. total of the polylactic acid resin and the polyacetal resin, the compounding amount of the carboxy-reactive terminal sealing agent is 0.01-0.5 pt.wt.
