PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anisotropic conductive adhesive film that has an excellent electric connectivity of very small-area electrode, hardly causes a dielectric breakdown (short) between fine wirings, makes an electric connection with a long-term reliability and has a high storage stability in an electric connection of a minute pattern. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive adhesive film comprises a conductive particle obtained by plating the surface of a resin particle polymerized from divinylbenzene, ethylvinylbenzene and a monomer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≤0°C when the monomer is homopolymerized with a metal and an insulative binder resin and realizes a long-term reliability and a high storage stability.
