The middle part of the passage is made in block with the space embracing the center of the passage which receives the anchor-shaped mechanical link whose arms are arranged in the passage. One arm is provided with a sensor. The second arm is provided with the balancer for balancing the mechanical link and sensor with respect to the axis. The spring embraces the axis.
