FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should install and fix separating fragment of allogenic peritoneum onto deserosed parts of abdominal wall and (or) internal organs, moreover, allogenic peritoneal fragment should be impregnated with one of alcohol-dissolved antibiotics or their mixture in 96%-ethanol solutions at saturation concentration for 24 h, not less; right before implantation one should remove alloperitoneal fragment out of antibiotic solution to be successively treated due to irrigation with 1%-methylene blue solution and heparin solution or its analogs containing 5000 U, at exposure of 5 min for every solution, as for fragment's fixation it should be carried out due to suture-glue-type technique. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. ^ 2 ex |
