PURPOSE: An electronic neutron dosimetry using GaAs and fissile nuclear material is provided to increase stability and efficiency by removing inconvenience of the electronic neutron dosimetry. CONSTITUTION: An electronic neutron dosimetry using GaAs and fissile nuclear material includes a film, an upper contact layer(113), a charged particle detecting area, an n-type substrate area, and a lower contact layer(115). The fissile nuclear material includes at least one selected from the group of U-233, U-235, U-238, Pu-239, and Pu-241. The electronic neutron dosimetry further includes a neutron decelerating layer on the upper part of the film. The film including the fissile nuclear material is integrated with the upper contact layer such that the film including the fissile nuclear material performs a function of the upper contact layer.
