FIELD: drilling equipment engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has drilling tool made with possible rigid fixing on lower end of bar, crane support meant for holding drilling tool with bar on crane cable, drive for rotating bar and connecting means for forming rigid connection between casing pipe and drive. Bar is made hollow and is provided with first pipeline for flowing environment and second pipeline for flowing environment, in area of upper end of bar first connection is provided for supplying flowing environment into first pipeline and second connection meant for draining drilling particles through second pipeline. Also provided is removable frame, in which a bar is mounted with possible rotation and axial displacement and which is meant for mounting in casing pipe. Drive is placed on removable frame, and by means of connecting means a rigid connection is provided for between casing pipe and removable frame, on which drive is placed. Method for drilling a well with casing pipe mounted in soil, includes holding drilling tool connected to lower end of bar in casing pipe by crane cable, and by connecting device casing pipe is rigidly connected to bar rotation drive. On casing pipe a removable frame is mounted, in which bar is held with possible rotation and axial displacement and which is equipped with drive. By connecting means casing pipe is rigidly connected to removable frame, through first pipeline in hollow rod flowing environment is supplied, and through second pipeline in hollow bar drilling particles are drained. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher productiveness. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
