FIELD: oil-extracting industry; pipelines control sliding shutters. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of a pipeline control sliding shutters and is intended for use as shutters in the oil-extracting industry. The sliding shutter contains a body, mounted in it saddles, a sliding shutter, a cover, a non-retractable spindle, a threaded bush interacting with the latter, a package of cup-type seals of the spindle with a claw nut and a run indicator. The package of the cup-type seals of a spindle is additionally supplied with a petalled cup, a supporting ring, a spacing washer, a spacing washer. Lobes of the additional petalled cup are directed to the claw nut side and oppositely to direction of the lobes of three other petalled cups. The internal and external diameters of the spacing rings are supplied with hollows. In the package of the cup-type seals of the spindle there is a separator with a central stepwise hole. This hole is located between two pairs of the petalled cups. In the cover there is a channel located coaxially to the horizontal hole of the separator, which has a threaded valve. The valve is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, the inner surface of which has a threading, using which a plunger is inserted. The channel is filled in with a semisolid lubricant. The purpose of the invention is to increase duration of service life of the sliding shutter at the expense of repeated rehabilitation of serviceability of the package of cup-type seals of the spindle without a stop in operation of the sliding shutter. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to increase duration of service life of the sliding shutter. ^ 4 dwg |
