FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; hydraulic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve units of plunger pumps delivering water-sand or acid fluids. Valve unit of pump is installed in space of pump hydraulic block and it has seat with conical working seat surface and axial cylindrical guide hole. Ring-shaped peripheral flexible seal is secured from outer side of upper part of seat. Poppet valve is provided with peripheral flexible seal and guide cross which is in contact with wall of axial cylindrical hole of seat. Peripheral flexible seal of poppet valve is in contact with ring-shaped flexible seal of seat. Poppet valve and guide cross are connected by ball joint. Said ball joint is furnished with ring flexible lock from side of guide cross made of cast vulcanized polyurethane. Radial thickness of flexible lock in placed of its contact with surfaces of ball of ball joint and poppet valve is greater than that at outlet of poppet valve. Form of flexible lock follows form of surfaces of poppet valve and guide cross mated with said lock. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of valve unit, increased service life and improved reliability, enlarged sphere of application. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
