Vacuum massage device under affusion of water or any other suitable liquid having an interchangeable massage head connected to an upper body by contacts responsible for inflow of a supplied pressurized fluid and the suction and inflow of an active product contained in a receptacle on bearing rollers. The pressurized fluid is sent to the receptacle, thereby enabling the active liquid to be injected under pressure onto the rollers. The fluid is distributed through channels which open out onto the periphery of the head and into the suction chamber. Patient lies on a special mattress having a channel to drain any liquid not absorbed by the vacuum.
