PURPOSE: A heater control device using a network is provided to secure control stability and reliability by controlling a heater with the network and an IPS(Intelligent Power Switch), to cut down the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of wiring harnesses and parts, and to improve fuel efficiency by reducing weight. CONSTITUTION: In a heater system comprising a plurality of heater units(HTR101,HTR102,HTR103,HTR104,HTR105) mounted at the predetermined positions of a vehicle to heat the interior room of the vehicle in winter seasons and a pre-heater unit(200) for heating coolant under a cold operation, a heater control device using a network has heater modules corresponding to a heater control signal applied from superior control units connected by the network and a control module(100) operating the pre-heater unit. The control module has plural IPS modules(110) corresponding to the plural heater modules and controls low/high-speed motions of the heater modules.
