PURPOSE: An electromagnetic interference filter is provided to achieve improved aperture ratio of a mesh type metal thin film by permitting the edge of the portion where mesh lines of the mesh type metal thin film cross with each other, to have a curvature of 0 to 10§. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic interference filter comprises a transparent substrate(110); a mesh type metal thin film(130) bonded on the transparent substrate and shielding electromagnetic interferences; and a transparent resin layer deposited on the mesh type metal thin film. The edge of the portion where mesh lines(133) of the mesh type metal thin film cross with each other has a curvature of 1 to 10§. The curvature is smaller than the double of the width of each of the mesh lines of the mesh type metal thin film.
