FIELD: seismology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has vibrations initiator rigidly connected to emitting vibration plate mounted in soil base, and inertial mass. Inertial mass is placed at resilient elements and fixed on them. Resilient elements are placed on auxiliary plates lying in soil base under ends of inertial mass. Between emitting vibration plate and inertial mass additional resilient elements are mounted, which press vibration plate to soil base.
