The automatic protection (54) for aircraft against deliberate cashing uses a database (60) accessible to the aircraft to list non-fly zones. It has a protection control to prevent the aircraft flying into the zones defined by the data. The control determines the aircraft position from its flight systems and if this position is close to a no-fly zone it takes control of the aircraft to prevent passage into the zone.
