PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that one can not find a space for highly necessary tissue in a limited space in a car, and that a conventional holder which is hung in the rear of an assistant driver's seat causes a problem and a serious danger in taking out tissue paper during driving. SOLUTION: In order to place tissue paper in an easily reachable position causing no problem in driving, a tissue paper holder integrally formed of metal or plastic is inserted in a metal part in the front part of the ceiling. Since the inclination of a roof is used, there is no fear of the fall of the tissue during driving. In case of an accidental fall, a pointed part on the passenger's side is formed at an obtuse angle.
