PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet mirror that achieved easy installing of a concave mirror to a flat mirror in a toilet without taking much space. SOLUTION: A convex Fresnel lens formed by a large number of circular grooves 4 of which diameter changes sequentially in a phased manner placed concentrically is formed on the surface of one side of a flat transparent panel 1. A concave Fresnel lens 2 is formed on the surface on the opposite side of the surface of one side by covering the circular grooves 4 by a metal reflective coating 5 to attach the concave Fresnel lens 2 on the flat mirror 1 in the toilet.
