PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening trim weather strip capable of realizing easy manufacture, and preferable sealability and appearance, especially at an appearance between a garnish and a door frame. SOLUTION: This opening trim weather strip 10 consists of a trim portion 20 and a hollow seal portion 30. The hollow seal portion 30 has at least a first root portion 32 and a second root portion 33 extended from side surface side of the trim portion 20, and an arc portion 34 forming an arc condition and forming a hollow portion by continuing both the ends to the first root portion and the second root portion respectively. A lip portion 34b in a bent condition is extended along the extension direction of the arc portion from the top end on the second root portion side, thus bending the top end of the lip portion in the second root portion 33 direction.
