PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an injection molding and an injection mold which is capable of accurately controlling a mold temperature in a short duration, thereby not only reducing a molding cycle for enhancing the productivity but also improving a pattern transferance accuracy of molding products. SOLUTION: The injection mold that controls a mold temperature by supplying a heating medium from the heating medium feeder for an inner mold heating medium passage is provided with a means to supply the high temperature heating medium for a higher temperature medium feeder, a moderate temperature heating medium for a moderate heating medium feeder and for the mold of the moderate heating medium, and a lower temperature heating medium for a lower heating medium feeder and for the mold of the lower temperature heating medium, respectively. The method of manufacturing the injection molding almost uniformly maintains the mold temperature by switching the heating medium body to be supplied to the moderate temperature heating body after supplying the high temperature medium for the inner mold heating medium passage for raising the mold temperature prior to injection of a melt resin, and cools the mold by supplying the lower temperature heating medium for the inner mold heating medium passage after injecting the melt resin.
