A swivel axle (12) fits on a wheel bearing holder to block swivel. A safety catch locks into a safety transverse channel (25). Recesses run congruently in a defined rotating position for a bearing bush and form a safety gap for a locking catch (32) on a locking loop (31) so as to block swiveling. An independent claim is also included for a wheel structure.
