<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing device capable of detecting glasses when an object is wearing a pair of glasses, and of photographing an image with a satisfactory iris pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The image photographing device is provided with an image photographing part 4 which photographs a plurality of images with mutually different distances to objects, a focusing degree calculation part 5 which calculates a focusing degree of the plurality of images, a glass wearing determination part 6 which determines whether or not the object wears a pair of glasses and a focused image determination part 7 which determines an image whose focusing degree becomes equal to or more than a prescribed threshold at a position closest to the object among the plurality of images as a focused image when the object is determined to be wearing a pair of glasses in the glass wearing determination part 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
