摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and sensitively analyze in capillary zone electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: A controller implements an initial configuration (S100) and fills a capillary with an electrolytic solution and a sample (S101). After application of an electrophoresis voltage, the controller increases detection sensitivity in a separation window in which components in the sample are separated, and measures a separation window data (absorbance) and an electrophoresis time (S103). A data processing part inputs and stores the measured data (S105). The controller determines whether the measurement is implemented again (S107). The controller determines whether the quantity of the filled sample reaches a sample filling limit. If the measurement is implemented again (S107), the controller changes a sample filling time, a concentration, pH, etc. (S108).
