<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible soft capsule which can produce minus ions. <P>SOLUTION: This edible soft capsule 11 comprises a content liquid 13 and a gelatin coating film 15. In a coating film-producing process, a gelatin sheet 27 is formed. In a content liquid-preparing process, a composition liquid 25 comprising an oily liquid, an emulsifier and minus ion water is prepared. In a capsule-filling process, an intermediate product 31 comprising the composition liquid 25 and the gelatin sheet 27 is formed. The formed intermediate product 31 is dried in a drying process to form the soft capsule 11 of final product. By the drying, the minus ion water contained in the composition liquid 25 is evaporated to fix minerals contained in the minus ion water to the gelatin coating film 15. Thereby, the content liquid 13 contained in the soft capsule 11 is separated into the oily liquid and the emulsifier, and the minus ions are produced from the gelatin coating film 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
