<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the on-vehicle communication terminal equipment of a charging system which can be prevent the collision of a vehicle to the opening/closing bar of an ETC gate and can receive smooth services by urging a user to normally mount an IC card when the user has time to spare before using an ETC service in order to let the user to smoothly receive the service. <P>SOLUTION: Communication through an exclusive narrow band communication with a roadside unit is executed by a communication circuit part 2, and the settlement of a charging service with an IC card is executed. In this case, the kind of the charging service is determined by the charging system kind determination processing block of a communication control processing block 61 in the settlement, and when it is determined that the settled charging service is any charging service other than an ETC service, a voice warning generating part 5 is made to warn the mounting of an IC card corresponding to the ETC service by a warning determination processing block 63.
