PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy by using a fuel only when needed and facilitate inertia movement. SOLUTION: A cam shaft has a hole along its axis through which oil passes. A new movable cam functions in the same manner as a cam by sliding to a semicircle part of the cam. A fall-off prevention pin is placed in a runner so as to prevent the movable cam from falling off.
