PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an automobile member by a direct conductive heating method of the induction heating system after pressing a material for the automobile member. SOLUTION: A reinforcement of an automobile member manufactured by utilizing a material mainly consisting of iron (Fe) and having the composition consisting of, by weight, 0.20-0.25% carbon (C),≤0.3% silicon (Si), 1.0-1.2% manganese (Mn),≤0.02% phosphorus (P), and≤0.005% sulfur (S) is welded by the direct conductive heating method. The direct conductive heating method is performed under the condition of the frequency of 15-25 kHz, the power of 40-60 kW, the heating time of 20-40 seconds, the cooling time of 15-25 seconds, the cooling water amount of 1,000-1,500 L/second, and the heating temperature of≥900°C.
