PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception/accumulation device in which two programs whose transfer rates are fast such as high vision programs can simultaneously be recorded in an accumulation medium whose exchange is easy but whose transfer rate is comparatively slow. SOLUTION: At least one piece of input data is once accumulated in an HDD. Data are reproduced from the HDD at speed different from that at an input time, and recorded in the accumulation medium whose transfer rate is slow such as an optical disk device.
