PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a place information collection browsing system, method, and program which edit and sort out places associated information which includes location information of each place, to which a user moves in an order of date and time, such as daily reports, and which enables browsing. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 3 and a mobile telephone 4 collect place-associated information including location information at each place, and transmit the information with related information and date and time information to a server 7 via the Internet 1 and a mobile communication network 11. When receiving the place-associated information, the related information, and the date and time information from the Internet 1, the server 7 edits the place associated information, the related information, and the date and time information to be sorted out and stored in a predetermined form in the order of the date and the time. A user accesses the server 7 from a browsing terminal 8 and an L mode terminal 19 via the Internet l, and brows the place-associated information and the related information sorted out in the order of the date and time with the date and the time information.
