PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a telephone conference by a simple telephone conference registration operation, without the need for grasping the contact information of all conference participants by an audio conference organizer. SOLUTION: By using a schedule management function of a PC30, telephone conference schedule information including a start time of an telephone conference, the name of a telephone conference organizer, and the names of the conference participants are set and a telephone conference registration request is performed to a main device 10. When receiving the telephone conference registration request, the main device 10 retrieves incoming call numbers, corresponding to the organizer of the telephone conference and the names of the telephone conference participants from a telephone book, generates telephone conference registration management information, including the incoming call numbers and telephone conference start time information, automatically calls the incoming call numbers at the telephone conference start time, based on the telephone conference registration management information, and automatically generates telephone conference, by connecting terminals to obtain a communication possible state by an automatic response at each terminal.
