PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures against noise for a balun transformer and simplify its constitution. SOLUTION: The balloon transformer includes a first stripline 14, a second stripline 17 connected electrically to the first strip line 14, a third stripline 15 coupled electromagnetically with the first strip line 14 with a central part 15a as constant potential, and a fourth stripline 16 coupled electromagnetically with the second stripline 17 with a central part 16a as constant potential. In this case, the first, the third, the fourth and the second striplines 14, 15, 16, and 17 are laminated, in this order, and the third and fourth strip lines 15 and 16 are coupled electromagnetically.
