PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device of machine tool that enables the correction of tool cutting edge position when controlling an electronic cam by the same operability as a normal NC. SOLUTION: The device includes a transformer means for reading the correction amount of the tool cutting edge position from the correction amount storage means and also for performing transformation to an electronic cam program on the basis of the correction amount of the tool cutting edge position and NC program while superposing the control during controlling the electronic cam, a transformation completion detecting means for detecting that the transformation to an electronic cam data table is completed by the transformer means from the NC program and the correction amount of the tool cutting edge position after a command for performing transformation based on the means is executed, and a replacement means for replacing at least the data at the electronic cam data table with the data after retransformation when the detection based on the means is made.
