PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mould device easily usable as moulds for a foundation (foundation concrete) formed of a base part and a rise part, i.e., enabling the depositing of the rise part while the base part is in an uncured state. SOLUTION: In this device, mortar is filled between the moulds 6 and 6 supported, oppositely to each other, on a foundation base part 5b by a supporting means to form the foundation rise part 5a. The lower side clearance between the moulds 6 and 6 is closed by a multiple hole means for restricting the inflow of the aggregate of mortar into the foundation base part (in an uncured state).
