PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating a tail end yarn of a full bobbin that can prevent the uncut tail end yarn from being loosely wound around the outside of a full bobbin, then loosened and entangled on other parts, in the case of thick or high-tenacity yarn. SOLUTION: The output from a control device is input through a driving device 40 into a main motor 41, the rotation frequency of a back motor 44 is detected with an encoder 45 and input to the control device. The output of the control device is input through a driving device 46 to a front motor 47 that rotates a front bottom roller and the rotation number of the front motor 47 is detected with an encoder 48 and input to the control device. In addition, a rotary number setting device 49 for setting the rotation number of the main motor 41, a twist setting device 50 for setting the twisting value of the spun yarn and a draft setting device 51 for setting the draft value of the spun yarn are connected to the control device 39.
