PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforced resin composition excellent in various properties including impact resistance, flexibility and a gas-barrier property by using a laminated film scrap as it is. SOLUTION: The polyamide resin composition is obtained by melt-kneading 2-20 pts. wt. of the laminated film scrap (A) comprising, at least, a layer composed of a polyamide resin (a1), a layer composed of a polyolefin resin (a2) and a layer composed of a modified polyolefin resin (a3), 92-20 pts. wt. of a polyamide resin (B), 1-10 pts. wt. of a modified elastomer (C), and 5-50 pts. wt. of a reinforcing material (D), where 100 pts. wt. of the laminated film scrap comprises 5-50 pts. wt. of the polyamide resin (a1), 30-90 pts. wt. of the polyolefin resin (a2) and 5-20 pts. wt. of the modified polyolefin resin (a3).
