PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a blow-out port device controlling direction of wind. SOLUTION: Guide bodies 31, 31 provided with guide parts 33, 33 are arranged inside a case body 11 connected with an air conditioner of an automobile so as to advance and retract. These guide parts 33, 33 advance and retract by an operation means 14. Each guide body 31 is provided with the inclined guide part 33. A knob part 44 of the operation means 14 is operated to move the guide bodies 31, 31 in the opposite directions for each other.
